Fair play for sellers: strikes and reports
Fair play runs both ways. A seller can collect a strike for shill bidding, refusing handover after payment, materially misdescribing a lot, or changing the price or terms after the win. One strike in twelve months is a written warning; two mean we approve each new auction; three rest you from scheduling for 90 days. Contest a strike within seven days from the Strikes room.
When a bidder plays foul, press Report this bidder at the EMD desk, on the approvals sheet or in the questions inbox; at the gate, Report damage or abuse. A person at Truckaurbus reads every report before anything is decided, and tells you whether we acted.
Bidders are held to eight grounds, from not honouring a win to a forged EMD proof, with written notice and seven days to contest; the most serious suspend bidding at once.
