Settlements: from payment to release
After you accept a bid, Settlements carries each sale to the gate. Your finance seat marks First payment received and then Paid in full; the buyer pays you directly, as your sale letter says, and Truckaurbus never takes the price. Where a loan pays, mark Disbursal received, or that the loan did not go ahead.
Tick the checklist as each paper is done: the payment proof, the sale letter, the gate pass scanned, the RC receipt, or for a machine the invoice copy and the lender's release letter. The last tick on a row releases the lot from the yard, and every tick is logged under the person's name.
If a payment date has passed unpaid, Record the default. The buyer gets written notice and seven days to contest before any strike counts.
