Yard fees and the monthly annexure

The Billing room shows Yard fees for the month by kind: success fees, listing fees, a withdrawal after bidders committed, a sale made privately after meeting bidders here, add-ons and the subscription, each charged, waived or recorded, with prices before GST.

Download the annexure (PDF) lists every vehicle and fee of the month: the lot, the registration, your loan reference, the class, the fee and its GST. It is issued only when someone presses the button, and it is a numbered document that checks on verify. Your admin, finance and approver seats issue it; an auditor can open it once issued.

The Plans room prints the fee sheet: pay as you go, with no monthly minimum and no platform fee, or a subscription. We never take anything out of the sale price or an EMD.
