Why it did not sell: the unsold-lot report

A round that closes unsold still teaches something. In the Yard desk, Reports, open the round and press Why it did not sell. What happened gives the close in one line, the highest bid against what you asked, then the counts that are not zero: opened the lot page, watched it, came to see it, placed a bid, asked a question, and how long it was live.

Why it likely did not sell lists the reasons from the round's own record, one fact a line: a reserve above the guide, no deposit confirmed, few visitors on the inspection day, no Pariksha video check, too few photographs, questions left unanswered, a short round, watched with no bid.

Your admins, approvers and yard operators get one mail about it, in words only, never a figure. Sample rounds are never mailed.
