After the sale: the tracker, the NOC and the sale statement

Under each row of Settlements, After the sale shows the same tracker the buyer follows: payment seen, release given, pickup done, transfer filed, and the day and part of the day the buyer collects. Mark the pickup done when the vehicle leaves.

Issue the NOC from the transfer row; it is a numbered document. Where your institution uses it, Issue the sale statement gives the borrower an account of the sale, also numbered, and it never names a bidder.

Refunds of EMD are yours to make, under your terms; mark each one refunded on the desk, and the bidder is told.
