The right to sell on a lot, and the lender's declaration
Every lot states how you hold the vehicle: as its registered owner; as the lender in possession after a repossession, a surrender or a SARFAESI sale; as a lessor at the end of a lease; or under an order. The lot sheet's Right to sell panel takes the basis, the route and the notice dates, and the lot prints the papers the buyer gets by that route.
For a repossessed vehicle, an admin or approver seat confirms the lender's declaration before the lot goes live: Yes, these words are true for this vehicle. A vehicle taken without the notice before possession, or with it waived, cannot go on sale here, and no round may close before the borrower's notice period has run; the panel shows the earliest close.
Liquidators, resolution professionals, recovery officers and receivers sell by order, with each lot approved by our operations team.
