Opening a job card

A job card is how a question reaches a person here. Pick the topic, write the message the way you would say it out loud, and leave an email address so the desk can reach you. There is no form to decode and no category tree to climb.

An email to the support address becomes a job card on its own, with no template and no subject line rules. If you are signed in, the card also appears on your cards page with everything said on it.

Write what happened, what you expected, and the vehicle, the listing or the lot if there is one. A card that names the page it is about is usually answered in one reply instead of three.
