What the desk can do, and what it cannot

The desk can fix a wrong figure on the register, unblock a listing, look into a claim that was refused, explain any page here, chase a dealer who took an enquiry and went quiet, and put a question to the people who build the thing you are asking about.

The desk cannot quote you a price on a vehicle, because dealers quote and we do not sell. It cannot decide a loan, cannot value your vehicle beyond the figure the register already prints, and cannot change an auction result that closed correctly.

It also will not pass your number to anyone you did not ask for, or tell a dealer what another dealer quoted. When we cannot do something, the answer says so and points at whoever can, rather than going quiet.
