Search first: the manual and the guides

The search box at the top of the desk reads this manual and every guide on the register at once, in English, Hindi and Tamil. Type the question the way you would ask it; you do not need our words for it.

Every page here carries a code, M-11 and the like, and typing a code goes straight to that page. Quoting the code in a card is the quickest way to tell the desk which page you are looking at.

Each page asks whether it helped. That answer is read: pages that keep being marked unhelpful get rewritten, and questions the manual cannot answer become the next entries in it.
