Keeping a ring out of your auction
The old disposal complaint is that the same twenty local dealers turn up, bid among themselves and the hammer stays low. Three things work against that here, and none of them depends on watching the room.
First, the audience: your lots face the whole buying side of Truckaurbus, with watchlists and closing alerts pulling bidders back to a lot they marked. Second, every bidder has passed the bidder checks, one PAN to one account, and you may ask for earnest money for an auction; a bidder who wins and does not pay collects a strike that follows them, after written notice and seven days to contest, and 2 strikes inside 6 months stop their bidding for 6 months.
Third, nobody bids on your behalf. We do not bid, your staff cannot bid by role, and automated bidding is held to the transparent proxy rule so no software can outrun a person in the last second. Bidder track records sit on the approval sheet when you decide.
