What staging a lot means
Every lot is staged before it faces a bidder. Photographs are taken on the same sweep so a batch looks like one batch, the inspection ladder is filled in honestly, and the papers are checked against the register.
The point of staging is that a bidder four states away can judge the vehicle without standing next to it. An inspection ladder that hides a crack does not raise the hammer; it loses the bidder at handover, and a buyer who felt misled does not come back to the next round.
Staging is ours to do, not yours. You send the registration numbers, the kilometres and where each vehicle stands, and the yard does the rest before the drafts come back to you for approval.
