Approvals, and the maker-checker line
Drafts do not go live until your own operator approves them, and closes do not become sales until your approver decides. Approvals land in the approver's inbox and can be accepted in one click, signed, without anyone learning a new system.
Above the value line your institution sets, two different approvers are required, and the desk enforces it rather than trusting a habit. Your own staff cannot bid, by role, on the lots your institution is selling.
After a sale, a settlement checklist releases each lot, and the management report prints on your letterhead for the committee. You touch the process exactly twice: approve the drafts, decide the sales.
