Four ways to get a batch into the yard

Mail the sheet your own system exports, as it is. The columns are learned once and every row lands as a draft, with anything we could not read held back and the reason named. Photographs can ride the same mail.

Or paste the sheet into the yard desk. Or have your IT push rows by API. Or type one lot at a time with the price guide open beside it, which is how most desks start before they trust the sheet.

A fleet running the fleet desk has a fifth door: a vehicle goes to the yard from its own page in the fleet, carrying its registration, its papers and its dates with it.
