What we hold about you, product by product

On the site and in the apps: a phone number or an email, a name if you add one, the PIN code you set for nearby results, your saved vehicles and comparisons, the listings, questions, answers and photographs you post, and your enquiries with the replies to them.

On the desks: the yard holds your institution's membership, your bids and the settled records. The fleet desk holds your fleet's name and district, its vehicles by registration number, the people you add with their roles and numbers, the papers you upload with their dates, and your campaigns and statements. The business desk holds the business you claim with its stock, prices, offers and enquiries.

Pinger holds a paired phone's position about every 10 minutes with its speed, heading, accuracy and battery, an SOS with its position, the driver's own number used once to pair, and the phone's model and app version. Ustad holds your conversations. The privacy page lists all of it in one place and is the version that governs.
