Asking for a copy, a correction or an erasure

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, nominate someone to act for you, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to the privacy address from the number or the email on your account, and we answer within thirty days.

Erasure removes what identifies you. Records the law requires us to keep stay, and the page says which those are rather than promising a clean sweep we cannot deliver.

If our answer does not satisfy you, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]; we acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours, with a copy of your complaint and a reference number, and resolve it within 7 days. The Contact page names the officer and gives the phone. After that the Data Protection Board of India is yours to approach, and nothing here takes that away.
