Deleting your account

Write to the privacy address from the phone number or the email on the account with the words delete my account. There is no form and no reason is needed, and nobody will ring you to talk you out of it.

What goes is the account and what it holds: your name and contact, the PIN you set, your saved vehicles and comparisons, the listings, questions, answers and photographs you posted, your enquiries and the dealers' replies, and any messages you exchanged with the desk.

If you cannot reach that mailbox, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected], or by post to the registered office, instead. The delete page on the site carries the current address, what is removed, what the law makes us keep, and how long it takes.
