What we never do

We do not sell your data and we do not sell leads. We do not publish your name or your number with any research. We do not pass your phone to anyone you did not ask to hear from. There are no advertising trackers on this site or in the apps.

We never store an Aadhaar number, an image of an Aadhaar or its XML. Where identity has to be proved, it is proved through DigiLocker and we keep the result and its date, not the document.

We never award a verified mark for money. A trade is verified because a person here saw its papers, which is the only reason the mark means anything. If anyone tells you a badge or a place in a list can be bought on Truckaurbus, that is worth reporting to the desk.
