The services we work with, and what each is allowed

The site and the desks run on our own servers at OVH in Gravelines, France, with a separate server for Nazar. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and the stored media. Email goes through Resend and SMS through Exotel once the company's account is live. Push to the apps goes through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

In the apps, Sentry receives crash reports: the device model and the crash, never a position. Page and screen counts go to our self-hosted analytics and to Google Analytics where it is on. For Ustad's answers, the written verdicts and the video summaries, the question you typed and the register's facts reach the model; your account details do not.

Every one of these is bound by its own terms and by our instructions, and none of them may use your data for anything else. The list is published on the privacy page and is updated when it changes, because a vendor list nobody can see is not a disclosure.
