The counts on the register, and when they are true
The numbers on the makers page are counted from the register at the moment you load it: makers, vehicles live, dealer branches, languages. None of them is typed in by hand, and the foot of the page says the date they were counted on.
A maker's own count may differ, and dealer branches differ most of all. A maker counts every outlet its network lists; we count the branches we hold with an address a buyer can be sent to. Where the two disagree, the maker's is the larger and ours is the one you can drive to.
If a maker or a range is missing, tell us from the makers page. Adding a maker means finding its published pages, checking every sheet against them and photographing or sourcing the frames, so it takes days rather than minutes, but every ask is read.
