The archive: models no longer sold new
When a model stops being sold new, its record does not disappear. It is marked archive and stays on the register with its specifications, the price it last listed at, and its photographs, because the vehicle itself is still on the road and still being bought and sold second hand.
The oldest of these come from our first catalogue, built between 2013 and 2015. A buyer looking at a twelve year old truck in a yard can still read what it was sold as, which is the only way to tell a well kept one from a tired one at the same asking price.
Makers that have left the Indian market are kept the same way, marked as no longer selling new. Their pages carry the same note, so nobody mistakes a closed range for a current one.
