The pre-check: what it asks, and what leaves the desk
A pre-check takes a mobile number, what the money is for, and the vehicle or the lot. That is the whole form. A PAN is asked for only when a lender asks for the file, not before.
You give an explicit consent for the number to reach a lender for this pre-check and for us to call or message you about it. Nothing goes anywhere without that box, and it is not pre-ticked.
The desk calls back within a working day. What the lender receives is the file: the vehicle from the register, the auction record where there is one, and your numbers. What it never receives is a list of everyone else who asked.
