Your stock from a sheet, and from a walk-around video

A yard with forty trucks should not type forty forms. Download the stock sheet template, which carries our columns, one example row and a sheet explaining each column in three languages, as Excel or CSV. Fill it as you already keep your stock and upload it.

Every row is matched against the register, and the header mapping is learned the first time so your own column names work from then on. Run it once as a dry run to see exactly what would be drafted before anything is created; nothing goes live without a photograph, and drafts wait for you on the Stock desk.

There is a second lane for a yard that already films: give us the link to your own walk-around video and it is read into draft listings the same way. The sheet is the one part of the business desk still only on the web; everything else is in the Truckaurbus Business app.
