Wanted: telling owners what you are buying

A used-vehicle dealer is a buyer as often as a seller. Post a want and an owner with a matching truck finds you instead of the other way round: the class, the maker, the years you will take, a ceiling on kilometres, a budget, how many you need and a line of your own.

Owners see your want once your used-vehicle trade is verified, for the same reason prices and stock wait for verification: a claim that reaches a buyer is checked first.

Close a want when you have bought, so nobody calls about a truck you no longer need. An open want with nothing behind it costs you the call you did want.
