Fleet requests: quoting for a buyer taking several
A fleet buying in numbers does not ring ten showrooms. It files one request, and the desk sends it to the dealerships near that fleet which carry the maker. Your desk shows the request with what they want and how many.
Answer with a price per vehicle and a note: what the price includes, what the delivery looks like, anything you would say on the phone. The buyer sees every quote side by side, which is the whole point of the room, so a thin answer loses to a clear one.
The request carries the fleet's need, not the fleet's phone number. The conversation opens when they choose a quote.
