The papers each trade needs, and the verified mark
These are the business's own papers, not a vehicle's: they prove the business. Pick the trade, then the paper, and send it as a photograph from the camera or as a PDF up to ten megabytes. What each trade asks for differs, and the desk lists what is still needed and what is already in, so you are never guessing.
The usual set is a GST or Udyam certificate, a trade licence, the maker's letter for a new-vehicle trade, and a photograph of the signboard. A person checks within two working days.
A trade moves through four states: claim pending, claimed, under review, verified. Claimed is enough to run the page. Verified is what reaches a buyer: the badge, your prices on vehicle pages, published stock, offers, unmasked buyer numbers and bidding. Your papers stay private, shown to nobody but the desk, every read is recorded, and a refused document is deleted.
