The words we use, and where each one lives
Truckaurbus has its own words for its own things, and a word that means one thing on our pages and something else elsewhere costs a buyer money. The register, a variant, a spec sheet, a reported band, on-road, the body book, the yard, Khali daala, Nazar and its grades: each one has an entry that says what it means, where in the product it lives, and the questions people actually ask about it.
The same glossary sits inside every app under Help, and the words themselves are underlined wherever they appear on a page, so the meaning is one tap away at the moment you meet it rather than a page you had to know to look for.
If we use a word the glossary does not explain, that is our mistake and worth a job card. The list is meant to be complete, not decorative.
