Your record as a buyer

Sellers decide faster on a bid they can trust. Your record, under Your auctions, shows the mark a seller sees beside your bid: Clean, New, Strike or Notice open, with the counts behind it: EMDs paid, wins completed, visits kept, strikes in effect, notices open.

A clean record can open sealed-tender invitations and auctions open only to clean records. A missed visit, a late EMD or a late payment the seller accepted never counts against you. The record is never public: a seller sees it only beside your bid or your visit, and never who you are until it confirms your win.

If a strike notice comes, it names the ground and the record relied on, and you may contest it within seven days from your account; a person at Truckaurbus reads every contest and decides in writing. If a fact on your record is wrong, press Ask us to correct a fact and we answer in writing within 7 days.
