Reporting a listing or a lot

Something wrong with a listing or a lot? Press Report this listing, or Report this lot, on its page or in the app. Pick what is wrong: it uses my photo or my number; false or misleading; already sold; fraud or a scam; obscene, or someone's intimate image; impersonation; something else. Add a line if you like.

Every report reaches our Grievance Officer and gets a reference number at once, with the time by which we act: two hours for an intimate image or an impersonation, thirty-six hours for a false listing, a fraud or your own photo or number, seven days for a vehicle already sold. You can report signed in, or signed out with a phone or an email.

A person decides, and we tell you what we did. If you disagree with the decision, the Grievance Appellate Committee hears an appeal within 30 days.
