Transfer pending, a loan on record, or a machine never registered

Bought a vehicle and the RC is still in the previous owner's name? You can sell it once you upload the registered owner's signed Forms 29 and 30 and the sale receipt, with the lender's NOC if the RC shows a loan. One such listing can be live at a time and two in a year, for one term; more than that is a dealer's trade.

When a lender's loan is on the record, buyers read that the seller clears it and that the lender's NOC comes with the papers. Ask for it before you pay.

A machine that was never registered lists only with its purchase invoice, and the lender's release if it was financed. If it can run on a road, buyers read that it must be registered before it runs on a public road.
