Ninety days on a listing, and filming again

A vehicle changes, so a check has a shelf life. A listing's check shows for 90 days from the day it was filmed or taken; the seller's page says On the listing until that date.

After that, buyers no longer see it, and your listing says so: press Film it again to put it back. Filming again after the 90 days is free and does not count against the month's free checks.

Each owner and each dealership has a number of free checks a month; the page shows how many are used. A check opened and never filmed does not count. Only a listing that is live, or waiting to go live, can be filmed.
