Sending an enquiry, and the consent that must come with it

The lead endpoint is the one place your code writes to us, and it will not accept an enquiry without the buyer's consent recorded: who they are, what they asked about, and that they agreed their number may go to a dealer. That is not a formality; it is the whole reason a dealer answers the phone rather than treating it as another cold list.

Send it and the enquiry enters the same routing every enquiry gets: the nearest verified dealer for that brand first, the buyer's number to that dealer and nobody else, and an audit trail the buyer can ask about later.

If you cannot honestly record consent, do not send the enquiry. A lead without it is refused, and a pattern of them is the kind of thing that costs a key.
