The one rule we ask you to keep
Show a price's kind next to the figure, and never present a reported or estimated figure as the maker's price. Every price we return says what it is: the maker's own list, a dealer's quote, a band gathered from published listings, or an estimate from a priced sibling. Drop that label and you have turned an honest number into a false one.
It is the only rule of substance, and it exists because the whole register is built on the difference. A buyer who is told a band is a list price will budget wrongly and blame the dealer in front of them.
The rest is ordinary: free-tier apps show the attribution text from the header where the data appears, and the data is for your product rather than for resale as a dataset. Bulk use has its own licence.
