Your agreements: what you accepted, in the version you accepted

Your account carries every document you have accepted on Truckaurbus, in the exact version you accepted and with the date you accepted it. A bidding agreement, for instance, is accepted once before your first bid on an institution's lot, and once more when a new version comes; the entry names that institution and that version.

Open one and it reads in the app, in the version you agreed to, not the newest one. That is the point of keeping them: what you agreed to is what binds you, and a later edit does not reach back and change it. The document's own hash sits at the foot, so a copy can be checked against ours.

The site's terms of use and the privacy notice are different in kind: they apply to everyone by use rather than by a signature, so they sit beside the list rather than inside it. Both read in the app too, in your language, with the date of the last material change.
