After you win: the money, the papers and the vehicle

Winning gives you a signed receipt of the close and the seller's own next step, not a payment screen on Truckaurbus. Money never routes through us: you pay the institution directly, on the terms their lot stated, and we record that each step happened.

That is the whole design. A platform that holds the money decides when you get the vehicle and when the seller gets paid, and both of you then depend on the platform staying solvent and reasonable. Here the two parties settle with each other and the record is independent of both.

Papers and release follow the institution's process: the sale letter, the form 29 and 30 where a transfer needs them, the release order at the yard. Ask what their sequence is before you bid, because it differs between lenders and it is easier to hear the answer in advance than in a hurry.
