The bidding agreement you accept before your first bid

Before your first bid on an institution's lot you accept one document: the bidding agreement in force for that yard. It is accepted once, not at every lot, and it names the version you accepted and the institution it belongs to. When a new version comes, you are asked once more, before your next bid.

The acceptance is immutable. We keep the exact text you saw, its version and its hash, and the address the acceptance came from, so a question about what you agreed to has a plain answer rather than an argument. Read it any time under Agreements in your account, in the version you accepted rather than the newest.

It is not the same thing as the site's terms of use, which apply to everyone by use. The bidding agreement is a signature, and it is the one document on Truckaurbus that behaves like one.
