What listing costs, and what we take

Listing is free and there is no commission on the sale. We do not take a cut of a private sale, we do not charge to unlock a buyer's number, and we do not charge you to keep the listing up longer.

That is a deliberate position rather than an introductory offer: money in the middle of a sale changes whose side the middle is on. The yard earns from the institutional side and from the desks businesses pay for, which are sales we are actually part of.

Nothing you list is sold on to anyone as a lead. Your number goes to a buyer who asked, when you answer, and to nobody else.
