A paid plan: how it continues, how it is paid, how to cancel

A paid plan continues until you cancel. You agree to this when you choose it, and we tell you before every charge: 7, 3 and 1 days before a month renews, and 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a year. A plan priced per vehicle is charged at the vehicles on your desk when the first reminder goes out, and the reminder says why if the amount has risen.

Each renewal comes from your balance. If your balance is short, or the charge is above ₹15,000, nothing is taken by itself: we send you a link for that one charge, and you can pay by bank transfer, which reaches your balance and renews the plan. If you deduct TDS, say how much when you tell us about the transfer.

If a renewal is not paid by its day, the plan stays on for 7 days, and paying in those days continues it from the day the old period ended. If a bank transfer is on its way and you tell us, the plan waits for it. After that your free plan returns. Nothing is deleted.

Cancel anytime, in the Plans room: one press, and the next renewal stops. A month or year already paid for runs to its end, with no refund of that period. Your unused balance stays on your balance. A free trial or a founding place charges nothing when it ends unless you chose to continue.
