Answer first

A dealer with ten enquiries should call the right one first. Answer first, on Today and in Enquiries, marks each enquiry Ready to buy, Worth a call or Early, with two reasons and Why first beside it.

Each enquiry carries two short reasons for its place in the order, from what the buyer asked and did. Today opens on the next buyer to call, with Take enquiry.

It is an order of calls, not a judgement on a person: every enquiry still deserves an answer.
