Your stock's right to sell, and a vehicle held for its owner
Each vehicle you add says whose name is on its RC: In our business's name, Held for its owner (Form 29C), or A machine never registered. Buyers read the matching line: sold by an RTO-authorised dealer, or sold for the registered owner, with their authority.
A vehicle held for its owner needs your Form 29B, the authorisation your RTO gives a business that sells registered vehicles for their owners, accepted and in date; upload it in the Documents room. Then give that vehicle's Form 29C acknowledgement number and date, and the owner's name as on it, which is used only to match the RC and is never kept or shown.
Vehicles in your business's name list at once. If your Form 29B lapses, the desk tells you, and vehicles held for owners wait until a new one is accepted.
