Alerts: stuck, silent, SOS, mock location
Stuck: a vehicle stopped away from any known place for longer than the fleet's threshold. Silent: no word from the phone for longer than the threshold. SOS: the driver pressed the red button; the position goes with it and the owner is called. Mock: the phone reported a fake-location app while sending.
Each alert is evidence: what the record saw, when, with the grade of the fixes behind it. The owner notes it and clears it; the note stays on the vehicle's ledger. We score nobody and punish nobody; the alert is there so a person can look.
Alerts reach the desk's Nazar room, the app's Alerts tab, and your webhooks if you hold a developer key.
