A vehicle's documents, and who can open them

Each vehicle in the ledger keeps its own documents: the RC, the insurance, the fitness and permit papers, an invoice, anything you photograph or upload against it. In the app they are photographed with the camera; on the web desk they are uploaded.

They stream only to you and the people you added to the desk, never as a public link that could be forwarded. A vehicle you mark sold or remove keeps its documents, because the record of a vehicle you once ran is often needed after it has gone.

Papers a driver photographs into the papers locker in their own app are a different thing: those never leave the driver's phone and you cannot see them. If you need a copy, ask for it the way you would have before the app existed.
