Statements: the quarter on your own letterhead
Statements gathers the yard wins your fleet confirmed in a quarter and prints them as one PDF on your letterhead: what you bought, when each closed, and for how much. It is the document an accountant asks for and a partner signs off, made from the record rather than typed out again.
Only confirmed closes appear. A bid that did not win and a lot still open are not on it, because a statement that includes what might happen is not a statement.
This is the one room of the fleet desk that stays on the web rather than the app. Making a letterhead PDF is a desk job, done sitting down, usually at the end of a quarter, and it belongs where the printer is.
