Provisional 3.0, and why a score sometimes sits still
Where a pillar has neither enough operator voices nor a Truckaurbus assessment, it carries a provisional three out of five: a neutral placeholder that is neither praise nor caution, marked provisional so nobody reads it as a judgement.
It moves the day the evidence does. Five comments on that pillar, or an assessment from the desk, and the placeholder is replaced by something earned.
A maker who wants its vehicles assessed sooner can write to the maker address and ask. That gets a vehicle into the queue; it does not get it a better score, because the assessment is still written from the evidence and still has to clear a person here.
