What Happened?
Yesterday our external data center experienced a hardware failure that affected our web services, specifically our servers. Because of this, access to our sites were sporadic and slow. We experienced downtime across our system, impacting our website, Support Center, Business accounts and some web forms.We became aware of the issue immediately, and we sprung into action to get the site up and running as soon as possible. By Tuesday afternoon, 80% of our functionality was back online normal and accessible again.
